I speak for the women who have been told they are too much, or not enough. For the Latinas navigating two worlds and wondering if they belong in either. For the mothers building something of their own in the margins of their days. For anyone who has ever shrunk themselves to make someone else more comfortable.

After experiencing manipulation and an abuse of power in her early twenties, Elena spent years unpacking what had happened to her and learning how awareness, rather than confidence or courage, became the catalyst for change. Her life today looks different not because of one defining moment, but because of many small moments of wondering, reflection, and choice.
Elena now brings that perspective to audiences, offering talks that are grounded, compassionate, and deeply human. Her work invites people to reconnect with themselves and imagine what could be possible — even when they don’t yet know what that looks like.
